CHAD FITE

Chad Fite is an executive leader in artificial intelligence, data science, analytics, and business strategy with more than 15 years of experience helping organizations transform complex data into measurable business outcomes. Throughout his career, he has led multidisciplinary teams across startups, high-growth technology companies, consulting organizations, and Fortune 500 clients, delivering innovative solutions in machine learning, predictive analytics, product strategy, and organizational transformation.

As Vice Chairman and Chief Data Officer of a machine learning and data science consultancy and software firm, Chad advises organizations across industries—including healthcare, financial services, education, technology, and energy—on AI strategy, advanced analytics, and data-driven decision-making.

Earlier leadership roles include Director of Analytics at Credit Sesame and Director of Strategy and Analytics at sikka.ai, where he built and led high-performing teams and developed AI-powered products that significantly improved customer engagement, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.

Chad’s expertise spans artificial intelligence, data governance, digital transformation, strategic planning, organizational leadership, and innovation. He is particularly passionate about helping mission-driven organizations use emerging technologies responsibly to expand impact, improve operations, and make better decisions through evidence-based strategy.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, magna cum laude, with distinction, from Washington University in St. Louis, where he received the Adam Smith Prize for Excellence in Economics. He also completed Stanford Graduate School of Business’s Summer Institute for General Management. Chad is a published author in machine learning and has served in advisory and board capacities supporting innovation in data-driven healthcare and technology.

Chad is passionate about community involvement and disability rights. As a return President of Speech & Debate in both high school and college, Chad knows firsthand the power of advocacy. Indeed, Chad witnessed the potential effects of democracy on policy while he volunteered as a college intern for CNN in preparation for the presidential debate to be held on campus. In his spare time, he spends as much time as he can with his family, and he enjoys the art of numismatics.
